I’m preparing an arXiv v2 and would like to resubmit to Daily Papers with updated cover video/figures. Since v1 was submitted to arXiv on September 2, would the upcoming v2 make it eligible under the seven-day submission window?
If resubmission with v2 is allowed, could you please remove the current Daily Papers submission so I can resubmit once v2 is available? Otherwise, please keep the current listing.
Yes — Daily Papers submissions follow the 7‑day window based on the arXiv version date, not the original submission date.
If your v2 is uploaded to arXiv and its timestamp is within 7 days, it becomes eligible for a new Daily Papers submission.
So yes, once your arXiv v2 is live, you can resubmit it to Daily Papers with the updated media.
If you prefer to replace the current listing, the HF team can remove the existing Daily Papers entry so you can submit v2 cleanly. If not, they can keep the current one.
